In case you’re unfamiliar, these types of events allow players who own multiplayer-capable games to play online with others and use the biggest feature of PlayStation Plus features without paying for a subscription.
The promotion kicks off this Wednesday, November 15 at 10am UK, 11am CET. It will remain available throughout the weekend, before it wraps up on Monday, November 20 at 10am UK, 11am CET.
You won’t need to sign up for anything, just turn your console on and play online. It’s worth noting that other Plus benefits such as the free monthly games, and the extra discounts during sales, will not be available to free players.
This is good timing, too, with Call of Duty: WW2 having just been released, and the upcoming free weekend for Overwatch, which is also going during the same weekend.
