Xbox One X should have close to 70 enhanced titles around launch

5
While the Xbox One X currently boasts a list of 162 enhanced titles that will make their way to the console, not all of them will be available around release. One of the main selling points of the system is its increased power and 4K capabilities, so it’s understandable that people want as many games as possible to take advantage of it. Xbox marketing lead Albert Penello has stated that the number of Xbox One X enhanced games that players can expect around launch sits at roughly 70, a respectable amount considering detractors said that developers would not support it.

Penello clarifies that this is only an estimate as plans can change before launch, but the Xbox One X should still release with dozens of enhanced titles ready to go. A large number of enhanced titles are also in development and will release at a later time, many with different graphical options similar to Middle-earth: Shadow of War. While an enhanced game won’t necessarily support native 4K resolution and HDR, a lot of them do, an encouraging sign for the console.

Decy Great number for the enhanced titles. Although why not go all the way and make it 100?

It has nothing to do with Microsoft, but the actual game devs. Devs don't want to release 100 games on the same day, due to demand. If everyone is wanting CoD WW2, why would any one play another game that has some interest but not nearly as much?

70 around launch is great! Some games are already available, and just waiting for the patches to come out I believe(Forza 7, for example.)

I know that i'm just saying if they've made it this far why not try and get 100....
