Call Of Duty: WWII Gets Fresh New Multiplayer Gameplay

The team at Game Informer has been doing a great job at covering all the aspects of Call of Duty: WWII, since Activision’s game is on the publication’s latest cover with an old-style motif. And today, it revealed even more from the game, in the form of new gameplay from the multiplayer portion of it.

The footage provides a great look at the company’s top-notch map design, while at the same time keeping tried and true to the Call of Duty “boots to the ground” gameplay that fans remember from older games. You can also tell the authenticity of the era with the footage, including the use of old-school weaponry, as well as continuous announcements from your sergeant, who tells you when hardpoints are captured, or when they’re in enemy hands. And midway through, you’ll also get to see an awesome bomb drop from the sky, nailing a few opponents in the process. It’s pretty awesome to watch. (Although not nearly as cool as flying overhead with a plane and letting enemy soldiers have it with a pair of fully stocked AA guns.)

Game play looks alight but im not really interested a great deal in the multi player on world war 2, ill be all over zombies though for sure.

8ooth I'm not the best with history but in WWII, women weren't allowed in the war, right? Why do I hear women voices in this game?....
Haha, kids always finding something to be salty about. If you don't like it don't buy it. The game is an arcade style shooter, and people may want to play as chicks. It doesn't have to be 100 percent accurate. Besides if history serves me correctly some 250,000 women served. On another side note this game looks absolutely stunning. I'm glad this game is going back to its roots. This game will no doubt set massive records. Congratulations Sledgehammer! I've had my doubts but boy was I wrong about you.

Salty? he was simply asking if they were allowed too. Whether it was 1 or 250,000 that served, all you had to do is say yes they were allowed lol


Despite that, he is right. Many people are voicing their complaints and going as far as to not buy the game because of its inaccuracy.

The game truly does look fun and interesting, hopefully I'm settled in and will be able to enjoy this game !
