Xbox backward compatibility just revealed three big new games

4.3
Three new games have just been added to the ever-growing list of Xbox One backward compatibility titles.

First and most noteworthy is Red Faction: Armageddon, a treat for fans of the Red Faction series and third-person shooters in general. Set 50 years after the conclusion of Red Faction: Guerrilla, the game places you in the shoes of Darius Mason as he clears his name and saves the citizens of Mars.

Next up is Raiden IV, a side-scrolling shooter that has you blasting through cities, the sky, and space in your ship. The faster you destroy the enemies in your path, the more points you’ll bring in.

Finally, there’s a classic arcade game in the form of Gyruss, a fixed shooter that debuted all the way back in 1983. The Xbox Live version comes with optional enhanced graphics and online leaderboards to compare your high score.
