E3 2017: Close Up Photos of the Xbox One X

4.3
The next version of Microsoft's long running Xbox line of video game consoles is named Xbox One X. It costs $500, and launches November 7.

Microsoft detailed the new console during a press briefing in Los Angeles. The Xbox One X looks strikingly similar to the Xbox One S (Microsoft's previous console), but is notably smaller.

It's capable of powering 4K gaming — the next step up in graphical fidelity after HD — as well as 4K Blu-ray discs. It's got "six teraflops" of processing power, which means it's far more powerful than the current models of Xbox One and PlayStation 4 — even the new, more powerful PlayStation 4 Pro.

dah I really like the design and the size of the console but the price is a rip off.

Dude the price ain't even that bad lol, especially for the specs you're getting, I thought is was going to be something stupid like $800 lmao

I think it looks amazing! I'll defiantly own one by the middle of next year. Its too pricey for when it comes out because so close to Christmas! 100% wouldn't mind it as a present lol.
I'm really forward to see the new features if any. I'm so buzzed!

I've seen a few trailers such as Assassins creed which look pretty cool quality wise.

And old Xbox games will be compatible? (Not 100%)

Xbox One X looks absolutely beautiful, would have been nice to see a cutout bit so you could have seen the internals of the console though but might just have to do that myself lol.

lugiaisbeast101 +That's actually lower than I was expecting way back. It supports 4k gaming, my PC can't even do that and it cost more.
Because you had to buy all the components seperately and they don't give you special discounts because you're ordering millions of parts. Also they say that it can game at 4k, but never really mention what the frame rate is like on varying titles across the board.

Nick This price is way too much, They should not charge that high, Its hard for people to spend $500 on a console, Let alone people living off of $500, You need a good job to afford a console from Microsoft. I think they are to pricey on their consoles.

Man, if your living off $500 you shouldn't be buying a brand new gaming console. And if you don't have a job you shouldn't be getting a brand new gaming console.

Looks pretty slick. Hopefully its worth the $499 their charging.

RedWood I personally do not like the way it looks, to many groves and the different sizing of the top and bottom peice just triggers me as its not flush.

You aren't going to look at this beast of a console except to remove a disc or clean it off... what do you care how it looks?
