I don't think they can monitar this unless something is reported. They aren't just gonna randomly watch you. It's basicly there report button for kinect. And im pretty sure this isn't the only thing that can be monitered like almost everything on the internet and everything you do on your phone. Its all so there asses dont get sued from some stupid idiot.
