With all this crazy talk happening for this week’s reveal for Call of Duty: WWII, you might have missed the news that Call of Duty: Black Ops III, a game that was released back in late 2015, could very well be getting some fresh content in the form of a new Zombie Chronicles content pack. We reported the news on this pack this past weekend, with the promising news that it could arrive sometime this summer.

Today, we got further confirmation of that, through an email that was sent out via Amazon to those that had pre-ordered the Black Ops III content at a previous time.

In the email, Amazon notes the following:

“Thank you for contacting Amazon.

From your email, I understand that you want to know the release date of this item Call of Duty: Black Ops III – Zombies Chronicles.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused so far.

I’ve checked and would like to confirm that the release date of this item Call of Duty: Black Ops III – Zombie Chronicles is 27 June 2017. (June 27th – the email came from Amazon’s UK division.)

If we can be of further assistance, you can reply directly to this e-mail.

We look forward to seeing you again soon.”

This is rather interesting, as it would give fans of Call of Duty: Black Ops III something to play through over the course of the summer. And the game has already gotten a lot of great zombies content already, based on the chapters released over the previous year.
