Xbox Game Pass early access expanding to even more users

4.7
If you’ve been looking forward to the Xbox Game Pass, Microsoft’s subscription service offering a Netflix-like library of games to subscribers, you may be in luck. The alpha test is opening up to a wider selection of users, with new invites going out now.

A new wave of invitations to Xbox Game Pass has been sent out to Xbox Insider Program members, so if you’re a member and haven’t joined the Game Pass service yet, be sure to check to see if you’ve gotten an invitation. You can check by launching the Xbox Insider Hub, making sure that Xbox Game Pass Alpha Preview is selected, and then viewing your Xbox Live Messages.

Microsoft has confirmed before that the full version of Xbox Game Pass will cost users $10 per month and will offer access to a wide library of games. While these games don’t replace Games with Gold, you’ll still need Gold to access the online multiplayer features of certain games.

The full version of the Xbox Game Pass is expected to launch for all customers sometime this spring.
