I think its because not a lot of users play pc.

Mr_Robot I will be checking out the deals for Far cry 4 and its dlcs. I beat it on xbox 360 but i havent played the dlcs and i think it would be cool to on my pc

Yeah it does seem like steam has alot more deals than xbox and playstation. Maybe its because games can easily be downloaded for free from other methods on the pc
