Hideo Kojima’s Death Stranding Looks Creepy in New Trailer

4.8
After its debut at E3 2016, no footage of Hideo Kojima’s Death Stranding has been revealed, but this changed today during the ceremony for The Game Awards held in Los Angeles.

With Kojima-san receiving the Industry Icon Award during the show, a peek on the still mysterious new game was inevitable, and in fact we got one. You can check it out at the bottom of the post, with a surprise appearance by a character looking like Guillermo Del Toro and Mads Mikkelsen. Interestingly, only Mikkelsen appears in the the ending credits, but the resemblance is definitely visible.

The video was showcased running in real time in 4K on PS4 pro, and it looked absolutely fantastic, not to mention really, really creepy.

Kojima-san has been dropping cryptic hints about Death Stranding for quite a while, while he built up his new Kojima Productions studio with his former colleagues Yoji Shinkawa and Kenichiro Imaizumi.

This game looks really cool actually. The graphics look great, and it seem to have a great storyline. I might have to grab this game and give it a try
