Apple delays launch of wireless AirPods

3.9
Apple unveiled the AirPods last month alongside the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. These wireless earphones were set to launch in late October. Today, Apple announced that they will be delaying the launch.

An Apple spokesperson told TechCrunch: "We don’t believe in shipping a product before it’s ready, and we need a little more time before AirPods are ready for our customers."

Apple has not given any clear indication to when they will be ready.

The AirPods are priced at $159 and offer battery life of up to five hours, and a case that contains its own battery, allowing you to charge your AirPods on the go.

Maybe if they were cheaper. They are in no way worth that much.

I might actually buy these if there relatively cheap , I think they are the best earphones around and always stay in my ears.

good, wouldn't want these exploding in your ears

It's good to delay them if they're not 100%, better to be safe than sorry.

My friend just got his iPhone 7 plus 2 days ago and he uses headphones daily so I don't know what he is going to do until these are released.

Since I don't have the newest iPhone, this doesn't really affect me that much yet

Pretty cool, I liked them a lot when I first saw them. Only thing I don't like is the battery life and that I would have to carry that case around so I don't lose them.

That sort of product I feel like it's like burning money notes. Just a stupid waste of time to buy. Pointless! Never really been a fan of that sort of earphones product.

I wouldn't waste my money on those I'd just wait until a third party can create one that works so I can get a cheaper pair

There cool but I don't think I will be purchasing them.
