Four Games Enter Xbox One Backwards Compatibility Program

4.4
Another week, another stream of games added to Xbox One’s backwards compatibility program. This week — in celebration of The Technomancer‘s release — we have developer Spider’s previous game, Mars: War Logs.

As always, if you own the previous games for Xbox 360 (or buy them), you will be able to access them by using the 360 disc or downloading them from your Xbox One dashboard. Check out the full list of titles below:

Bloodforge
Go! Go! Break Steady
Gripshift
Mars: War Logs

315 Funny how all you guys complain like its up to Xbox if the games come to the Xbox one. The publisher has to agree for the game to be ported over and then they have to optimize the gameplay for it to run on the Xbox one

We all understand that.

But what is the point of going through the trouble of doing games that hardly anyone has even heard of?

Much better to do it with the games that a lot of people want to play..

Just be grateful they are even offering backwards compatibility. Just because you never heard of it doesn't mean it isn't good. Even when everyone was wanting black ops 1. They gave it. People still complained. Just give it time. BC hasn't even been out a year yet.

I am grateful, grateful for the games that people actually enjoy. Not some crappy games that you might buy and play for an hour. I want good games, games that are enjoyable. Like Skyrim, call of duty, battlefield, saints row, Bully. Not some crappy games that hardly anyone know of.

All they're doing is doing crappy small games so they can build the list up and use that to boost their sales on consoles.

'We offer 200 Backwards compatible games, shame they're all crappy ones'

This is why i prefer to play on PC. I can play whatever game i want to. Without having to wait for a 'backwards' compatible game to come along to play my old games.

They should bring out popular games or even semi popular games. Not the ones that nobody has even heard of before..
