So i know this pc is from around the 2016 era, i just had to pick it up as it was cheap and needed it for my work stuff. i also like to game. what sort of upgrade can i get to be able to run game etc, im clueless when it comes to pc building.
just getting ideas as for no it runs visual studio which im happy with as its all i mainly use the pc for. is it worth putting a bit of money into it to play stuff or not? Specs: https://i.imgur.com/Zz62HX9.png |

The CPU is from 2011. I hope it was free. It's not worth upgrading. |

Yeah, it's not really worth upgrading anything in particular. You should just upgrade literally everything when you can, including monitor. |

I put a list together for a whole new setup that is much better using the same size montherboard specs n just gunna buy parts over time |

If I were you, I would save up some cash and build an entire new pc. You could build a pc 10 times better than that one for less than 1k. Here is a video of a guy who builds pc's and shows you how to build it incase you dont know how to yourself.
Part picker to find if your pc components are compatible Youtube of the guy who builds computers Use PCPartPicker to find compatible components and the best price to buy them from different retailers Use the guy on Youtube to help you build your setup and see what the best components are for the 1k price point! Good luck |
