Edit: also the fact that he said JTAG zephyr it would also need to be a zephyr not updated past a certain dash, I doubt the condition of this console will be good but maybe I can be wrong if I check goodwill or dkoldies I could probably find a console that was stripped from someone when they were younger that never got updated magically, rare but I can try and then all this just for the zephyr to possibly RROD reflow brick within two years after meeting all those requirements to even JtAG

Again, not true. Even the ones taken care of, some didn't last because of low-tg GPUs. Simply powering on & off would weaken reliability.
