They proposed refund, I agreed.

Its been more then a week and the charge still isnt back on my card.

The replies on the ticket system were also relatively slow - multiple hours before I got an answer that required an answer from my side.

This is regards order #1884 - Which I havent received the refund for - nor do i suspect I will.
So far wouldnt recommend Dexaim

Contact them after and refund was issued - sadly cant edit my post so i'm quoting it, perhaps a mod could rectify that part
