You could drop the GPU to an RX 6700(non XT) if you wanted to save $50.

You could also save $50 by dropping to an R5 3600 and 16GB RAM. I really wouldn't bother dropping down from 32GB RAM at this price to be honest. R5 5600 is well worth the extra $30 over a 3600 IMO, but if you could find a used 3600 for under $100, that'd be an easy way to save money.

You could maybe save a little money on the PSU but there really isn't anything good under $60 these days. I'd just spend the money on the nice, modular, gold rated PSU; it'll last you through a good few upgrades.

Add a couple of 120mm fans in the front of the case as intake, keep the included fan in the back as exhaust. Best cheap option for a case these days tbh, but there are plenty of options in the $90-100 range and I'm sure most of those will come with 2 or 3 fans included, instead of just 1.
