It doesnt matter if I do 3 compounds or 8 compounds and less "secondary" lifts to make sure I am still getting enough volume to make sure I get enough stimulation to activate as much muscle building oppurtunity as possible - and yet no matter the lifting choices I make, no matter what cutes I use/follow
NO MATTER WHAT - I CANNOT FEEL MY CHEST MUSCLES WORKING
ANY other muscle group, I can feel it at least in one lift in some sort of way. No matter how pumped up with blood my muscles get, no matter how I move my body there is NO way I can personally feel my chest during ANY lift/movement.I have tried looking into this and cannot find, squat.
So, if anybody has any any trouble with this in the past, PLEASE give me your feedback/tips! Thanks guys!
