Pretty short video today, I have been feeling pretty under the weather recently so I am sorry about the lack of full length uploads recently. I have been trying to do the best I can. Thank you for watching! Hope you enjoy this leg day workout. I start off with squats, leg extensions and last but not least hamstring curls and calf raises. |
