My compound goals this winter bulk season is to get my big 3s as strong as possible.
One Max Rep Goals
I am closer to some of the numbers, then others. Deadlift, I should be able to probably pull for one rep, I would say within a month. I am then hoping within a few weeks, or a month or so after, I could be pretty close to that bench goal. After that would be squat. My legs are a weak point. I am missing my big right toe, which is huge for balance. I also have only been lifting for 3 months, and my legs have always just been weaker. Although, when I was a teenager, I could walk my freaking butt off. I walked from town to town, city to city for years. Sadly, bad choices and mistakes, caued me to first gain weight, then lose weight in a very unhealthy way. So. Yeah, making up for it now as a type one diabetic, ex drug addicted, ex law breaking son of a whatcha call it, but im trying and im grinding baby! Lets go!
