THIS is a huge deal for me. Not only did I literally come back to the gym 3 months ago weaker then I had ever been before, even before the last time i tried to get in shape. i came back and my first session back, my working weight set, which was between 6 to 10 reps at the time, but I remember, I benched 60, 65 and 70 pounds my first 3 sessions back. So, once I get to that 10 rep (full range of motion) I will have literally DOUBLED my bench press. My chest is one of my most undeveloped muscle groups, espescially upper body wise.Right now, my best attempt, was 4 reps full range of motion and then a partial, where I was about an inch from my nippies.
