How can you be secure when sending somebody money to buy something?

Is it PayPal goods and services?

Yea so far its really the only good way. Still allows you to get the money back if need be. Dont do Friends or family

I've been having PayPal since I was 17 and it's great really secure I'd recommend it

PayPal buying is only as trustworthy as the seller, I've had issues on both sides of he debate. However, I am a little slow some times.

just depends, you can still get scammed on paypal.

This ^ from my experience and others I've talked too, if you send it as friends and family theres a very minimal chance if at all you get your money back.

Always do goods and services if you can. I do know some trusted sellers though who only accept friends and family because of people refunding even when they got their service done.

Just try to buy from reliable sellers if you can. Don't buy from untrusted sellers just because they have a better deal.
