Most of the community plays on Runelite client as Jagex has confirmed that this is more then ok with them and doesn't break the terms of service. Idle notifier is a customizable plugin that allows you to get an audio and/or visual notification on your computer that lets you know when you are idle. This can be when you stop moving, stop skilling or attacking. The tool is truly limitless and one plugin most of the entire community takes advantage of because of how helpful it really is.
