TuM wrote I personally think he is better of looking for a prebuilt second hand to get the most bang for his buck, Will get a way better pc second hand then buying new that's for sure. However like others said it all depends where he is based on what he can get for that money but stretching to the 1000 euro will defo be way more worth it.

Second hand could be a buying someone else's problem and he isn't the best with diagnostics if anything was wrong with it
yes very true I suppose that's the problem with this world now you never know if you are getting a good deal or someone is pulling a fast one. Maybe check out PC specialist they are really good pcs and they have deals on sometimes.

For a shade over 1000 euros in the Netherlands, this is probably what I'd be buying;

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600 3.5 GHz 6-Core Processor (140.95 @ Megekko)
Motherboard: Asus PRIME B550-PLUS ATX AM4 Motherboard (108.50 @ Amazon Netherlands)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3600 CL18 Memory (60.89 @ Amazon Netherlands)
Storage: Western Digital Black SN770 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive (55.85 @ Megekko)
Video Card: XFX Speedster SWFT 319 Radeon RX 6800 16 GB Video Card (464.00 @ Amazon Netherlands)
Case: Fractal Design Pop Air RGB ATX Mid Tower Case (94.90 @ Amazon Netherlands)
Power Supply: SeaSonic G12 GM 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply (86.85 @ Azerty)
Total: 1011.94

If you need it cheaper, drop the RX 6800 to an RX 6700XT and you can save 100 euros. I would say that the RX 6800 is worth the premium over the 6700XT though.

If you just need to get it under 1000, you can drop to 16GB instead of 32GB RAM if you want, or just buy a cheaper 1TB SSD(The Crucial P3 is a good option).

You could also probably save a little bit of money on the case, or find something your friend prefers the look of for a similar price. The Fractal Pop Air is a solid mid ranged case though.

In my opinion that's not really a decent budget for building an entire PC and it be well used for those games. I would assume most of that money would have to be put into your graphics card so your not running your graphics for those games at minimal quality. and that does not leave much left over for a decent processor or MB.

I would look more into the 1500 dollar range and not have to upgrade more later.

That is entirely inaccurate. You absolutely do not need to spend $1500 on a system.

OP;
What is the currency? Is it GBP, or Euros? If Euros, what country will parts be purchased in? I've thrown together a quick list for roughly £800;
PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600 3.5 GHz 6-Core Processor (£116.50 @ Amazon UK)
Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 AORUS ELITE V2 ATX AM4 Motherboard (£115.00 @ Amazon UK)
Memory: Patriot Viper Steel 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL18 Memory (£35.50 @ Ebuyer)
Storage: Western Digital Black SN770 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive (£41.99 @ Amazon UK)
Video Card: Sapphire PULSE Radeon RX 6700 XT 12 GB Video Card (£319.98 @ Scan.co.uk)
Case: Cooler Master MasterBox NR600 (w/o ODD) ATX Mid Tower Case (£69.98 @ Amazon UK)
Power Supply: SeaSonic G12 GM 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply (£84.35 @ Amazon UK)
Total: £783.30

This will be more than capable of comfortably playing games at 1080p144Hz. You won't be maxing out settings or anything, but you're not buying a high end system. There's a little room for changes to this system, if you don't like the case or want additional RAM/storage, or something.

Thanks alot i knew ou would come in clutch.

Ill send this over to my friend right now

might have to do this for another build
