I dont really have a goal but i typically meet about 20k steps a day at work. After the 12 hour shift its so nice to come home and just sit down lol

my average step count goal is 10k a day that way I am walking off around exactly one pound of pure body fat every single day

Is that going well for you then? 10K a day seems a little excessive imo

st the end of the day, it might be a little much, But how I look at it like is
With all the extra calories we take in a day, the extra pound of pure body fat per week that I burn through walking alone, plus the extra stuff I try to do along with the gym, means I know that throughout the year, I on average will be burning 52 pounds a year of pure fat from my body. 10k a day for a week is 70k, 70k steps on average, is how many steps we need tot ake to burn one pound of fat off of our bodies,

You could do 5k and burn a pound in 2 weeks. Its all about what YOU want to do. Most trainers wont advise over 20k a day no matter what.
