Gotta be eco friendly every now and then. Everyone loves a sport car but not everyone will get the chance to use one if I add to the list of high emissions

I would feel like an absolute **** though

Of course I get that! there's just pro and cons with anything

I personally see no cons in eating 3 doughnuts a day, but my fat ass says there is

I usually eat a powder doughnut a day bro it's ok ahhahaha they say it takes 3 days to digest

I fully had to search that one up, "several days" I don't wanna think about it.

So after all this, it's a no for an eco friendly car?

Okay so as a person that works on the traditional Combustion engine, diesels, and rotary's. I also work on some electric cars including the Ford mach e, Teslas, volts, and that new Hyundai joint. Electric cars are super cool in their own way for sure. They are a little pricey to maintain on the fact it goes thru tires almost every 20k miles due to the weight and torque. They are hard to find people to work on them and most of the time its mobile electric cars mechanics. So brick and mortor on that. Definitely the annoying having to wait 30 mins for a full charge depending on your charger compared to a 5 minute fuel up. As far as installing a charger they are not as hateful if you shop around. And as far as emissions for the environment that's all BullS*it because the vehicles don't even make up 10% of the emissions in the world.

I would've thought that tyres lasted longer as it weighed less? That's some decent feedback. I never really considered the mechanical side of things either. I suppose waiting 30 minutes would be a lot cheaper than refuelling though. I wonder how many years it would take to say "I've saved x amount of money" after buying one.

Being that the batteries are centered to the car the amount of coiling that is needed in the motors and such it makes them somewhat the same or even more as far as weight goes. but it does make them a low center on gravity which puts alot of added stress to the tires with added torque. Also needs speacialty tires due to the static electricity from the road surfaces. A lot of electric cars have tires that have a thing of foam in them to help eliminate that. the other issues there is, is towing them can be costly as well as considering they have to be dragged and such.

I really didn't know all this, I originally thought they'd have motors on each wheel for strange reason lool why does towing them cost more? I'd assume they'd just work the same as standard vehicle (engines)?

So electric vehicles can have a single or dual and some super cars can have quad but rare. Single would be considered front wheel if its located in the front or rear wheel if located in the rear. Dual being one in the back and one in the front. Most of them are still traditional style axles from the motor them selves.. A lot of times when they need to be towed its because of running out of juice so there's most of the time no way of getting it into Neutral. A lot of tow truck companies just charge more for the inconvenience for them. They also have to flat bedded no wheel stands or dolleys.

if you want to help the planet then you should join a death cult, otherwise i would say go with the most economical option for YOU... we have a solar panel scam in australia that is under the guise of so called helping the planet where if you install a ten thousand dollar solar feed back to the grid setup you will have get back about $12 in saving on your powerbill every 3 months.
