| I bought a new laptop today and set up chaotic 360, once I get signed in and it connects to my console, the application freezes every time, I've tried everything from plugs-ins to internet to changing setting, cache clear, everything. My laptop is up to date on everything, does anyone know a possible fix |

| You've probably already done so but be sure to set an exception for the Chaotic360 folder with Windows defender. |
