You can gently scrape the point and it will eventually stick. That or turn your soldering iron up a bit for that one.

Thank you mate, will give it a shot tomorrow.

Solder is already running quite a bit hotter than I'm used to (375 degrees celsius) so just trying to avoid burning the point.

Also if that's the yellow wire then it's just the ground, you can try soldering it to something like the av port if it's giving you too much trouble.
