SO I HAVE A JAILBROKEN PS3 THATS ON 4.86 CAN I JUST DOWNLOAD THE 4.90 JB UPDATE AND EVERYTHINGS GOOD OR NO?

as long as you get it from a trust worthy site like psxhax or psxplace, then it's good to go
