Not sure if it's the right place, but guess it's a milestone for me.
But I've recently purchased my first home. Not the easiest getting onto the property ladder, especially with interest rates being high. Managed to buy a 3 bedroom semi-detached house on my own. It's an older build, but has lots of potential. Just trying to take my time doing it up and not rush into debt doing it too fast. Never really been hands on, but it's been great giving it a go and learning from YouTube videos! Lots of fun and can't wait for the adventure ahead! |
