So I'm completely new to PS3 Systems.

I want to switch from CFW to I think it's D-PEX does this mean I will be able to use DEX mods on a spoofed DEX?

Or will it only work with CEX related mods?

If you switch to Dex you can only use DEX tools and more. If you use CEX you can only use CEX stuff.
