Normally just onion, diced up Serrano or jalapeos (fused in the patty before cooking is always good or just on the side after is fine) pickles, bacon.

I eat at In N Out often and normally get 2 double double's without tomato add Yellow Chilis (cascabella peppers) and I ask for an additional side of yellow chilis at the counter cause I need everything I eat spicy

Grill it with a variety of seasoning (depends on the mood I suppose), lettuce, ketchup, pepper jack cheese

Oh man... I go all out on burger night!
Caramelised onions, fried mushrooms, tomatoes, lettuce, mayonnaise and always a side of homemade chips.
Sometimes with guacamole too, depending on the season.
It's our traditional date night dinner
