I know this is a long shot but I've got 2 questions:

Is there anyone out there who can mod the mobile game?
If yes, do you have any accounts you'd sell to me?

there's mods readily available on the website iosgods that you can generally get for free

nope, there's apps like sideloady that allow you to import hacked game without jailbreak
