Script update for PUBG.

Changes:
Added a script table in which you can enable or disable any weapon, as well as rapid-fire semiautomatic weapons;
Added new macro for FAMAS;
Updated recoil of some weapons for last game patch: AUG, M16A4 (all modes), Mk12, Mk47 Mutant (all modes);
Added function of macros freezing;
Fixed incorrect disabling of rapid-fire function;
Other technical optimizations and improvements.

For 2 days our hosting provider had a large DDOS attack on all servers, because of which many of our users had problems with access to programs. Added Chinese language;
Adjusted all macros in the program for the last season of the game;
Added macros for Dragunov;
Removed the Smoothing slider, because of the new technical features of the program this function is no longer required, all standard will be set to the best smoothing;
Large optimization improvements have been made to the program;
Redesigned the display of the scripts table, removed the scroll, now table is solid and more comfortable to use;
Added setting of randomization for all weapons in the table of scripts;
At the request of users using controller emulators, added the ability to disable the cursor check;
Fixed incorrect operation of the blocking state function;
Fixed the inability to instantly disable the rapid fire function from the script table without changing the weapon;
Fixed problem with script table saving under specific situations;

Changes:
Updated the macro on JS9 for new season;
Fixed auto-detection of sights on high resolutions;
Added a new and better recoil smoothing system. If anyone had macros not working correctly on specific system configurations before, you can check again, everything should work fine.
