So, I've read the good, the bad, and the ugly. I have only one concern. You constantly repeated "It didn't work, because he/you failed to follow instructions. Not my problem" multiple times towards a couple different people. It gives off a "I got your money and your issues are no longer my concern" vibe, if someone is PC in-depth illiterate or even if they are not. We are all human who make mistakes. Even in following instructions and doing a process for the first time, a mistake is not guarenteed, but can be bound to happen. Are you working with these users if they make mistakes? Are you refunding users it doesn't work for after trying a second time or are you not giving people a second chance?

I'm just curious. There was a very arrogant vibe from you in the beginning of this thread.

And, me, being me, I am PC in-depth illiterate. I am slowly learning, but still. I can say, I'd more than likely make a mistake during the process. And reading that, (even though I'm not HWID banned), but looking in others eyes who are HWID banned and are in-depth illiterate, it can put users off.

Again, this is just feedback. I hope you're actually working with people who do make a mistake and you're willing to go through it with them once more. Or even be very thorough before continuing on.

Anyways, hope all is well with your service and I will be keeping you in mind if anything happens on my end.

Hey!

I appreciate the feedback, I do want to ensure you that is NOT the case. Originally, cachi reached out to me for a VOUCH COPY, in which I did it for free. I did everything thoroughly as I always do and gave him instructions. He failed to follow those instructions, doesnt write me until weeks later to tell me that he was "banned". He then comes on here to cause issues on my post, hence my replies toward him. Since then, my discord has grown to almost 400 members with plenty of vouches, I would be glad to send you a DM to it if you would like.

Anyways, long story short, I do not have a lot of people that come from or go on TTG hence the lack of vouches here but I promise, I am very caring and considerate of those who are PC illiterate and genuinely walk all of my customers throughout the entire process so that way there are no questions or concerns left unanswered. I hope that makes sense, it is hard to pick up a vibe via text but even though he tried to hurt my post, I did my best to react in a proper manner while trying to explain the reasons as to why he was banned.

Also, I offered a second chance to him but instead he decided to threaten and bash me via DM and then proceeded to come on here as I mentioned. Mistakes DO NOT happen usually due to my customers listening and not going off to do what they want to do. I have yet to have any other issues and havent had any other negative encounters since then. I am a very patient person who enjoys helping others, I have no interest in bashing anyone when it comes to making mistakes because they DO happen. Overall, there aren't any mistakes made because 99% of the service I do myself via Teamviewer, the rest I walk through with my customers. Thankfully, since MW2 is new, there are no extra instructions to follow to prevent getting shadowbanned so there arent any potential issues to face but that is the story to sum it up.

To clarify, I know I didn't need to explain myself but the perspective and questions you asked especially as a potentional customer in the future DOES matter to me and anyone who has done business with me can tell you that I really do care about the people I help.

Also, ONE MORE THING, I only responded to "Cachi" the person who I am referring to about not following instructions which genuinely was the reason. I havent had anyone else here saying anything about being banned besides him. I don't blow people off and give excuses if it was my wrong doing, I would absolutely offer to do things again or MONEY BACK as I offer still. At the end of the day, he didn't work out and the reasons were already mentioned, he was given the service for free. I do not take back any comments I made about him not following instructions because those are facts, nothing else. No bad vibes at all, just wanted to clarify that because I was a bit confused by your "multiple people" comment.
