So, I recently won a gaming laptop at my local game store. Which makes this is my first gaming pc ever. I know it's not as powerful as a desktop pc, but this won't be my primary source of gaming. I'm still a console peasant at heart. If anyone can give me any tips, do's and don'ts, or just anything that will help me out I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks, in advance! Also, this is what I own now, Acer Nitro 5 (AN517-54-79L1)

| aah! im no expert but i used an asus laptop few years back for gaming and i always used geforce experience to update my drivers ;) |

| 3050 isn't bad for a laptop, personally just watch for temps and keep your drivers up to date. If it comes with bloatware just create a fresh install of windows. Acer has a habit of doing that. |
