Hi,

Just completed my first PC build. I got all the parts from another family member, and they all appeared to be in good condition but I didn't know which ones were new/used. The only issue during the build is that one of the motherboard screws went in at an angle. I struggled to take the screw out so I just left it in because I didn't want to accidently damage the motherboard to try to take it out with force. I kept going with the build instead and just screwed the angled screw in the best I could. Every other part of the build went smoothly. Once I turned it on, the fans (Graphics card, CPU cooler and other fans) would start, then stop and start again, back and forth. The monitor says "HDMI no signal". I reset the CMOS, no change. I took out the RAM and then the fans started to spin continuously, so I got new RAM, but when I tried it, the fans still spun on and off. I'm not sure if that means it's the connection with the motherboard or something else. Help please!

Looks like that CPU has onboard graphics. Try disconnecting the GPU and just seeing if the CPU, Mobo combo outputs at least the Asrock splash screen. If it doesn't, you're looking at a bad motherboard.
