So I've been smoking/vaping for around 7 years now and I want to quit. I'm tired of spending the money on it and I'm sick of the ill side effects. I'm currently 30 hours nicotine free and I'm just itching and irritated.

My biggest problem isn't the withdraws, it's breaking the habit of reaching for my vape. What're things I can do instead of that when standing around or driving.

UPDATE: Its been two full weeks, so far I have had no issues. No withdraws, no almosts, nothing. Only issue I have had is the sheer boredom that comes from not smoking lol. All the guys at my job do, so i stand there awkwardly, same at home. Not that it bothers me, just feels weird to be the odd one out. Other than that I am not worried about going back to it. I have been doing great and will probably never go back to it.

Get pens. It's something that you can hold inbetween your fingers, in your hand. It will help. I would not suggest breaking a bad habit by replacing it with a habit. Whatever you're using to get over the bad habit, just make sure it's temporary.
