If you're looking for beaches and fishing you can visit the east end of Long Island, NY (Montauk, East Hampton, Etc)
Not exactly tropical, but definitely plenty to do! |

Any other things you'd like to do? Pretty sure Atlanta's Aquarium is one of, if not the biggest in the states. Haven't gotten over there myself but I'm sure there's plenty for you to get into. Maryland might be another contender, I love the Baltimore Aquarium. Then you have beaches, state parks, and fishing all super close by. Man I need to go on vacation lol |
