But market value would be 100-300k depending on company. Similar positions in San Francisco or such would probably pay double, including stock options and such, but my pay is mostly full salary + 20-30% in vested stock options and yearly merit bonus' based on performance. Aka if my team makes the company more money., But I live in the midwest, where cost of living is cheap and there's not as much of a competition for the positions |
