This is my favourite Pre Workout meal for muscle gain, this meal will for sure, sky rocket your performance during your workout. It's pretty simple, cheap, and easy to whip up, and more importantly it's easy to get down pretty quick. The reason I have chosen this pre workout meal is simply down to having everything we need to get some gains. You getting your calories, protein, ton of carbs for some crazy energy before your workout. It's also to have abit of sugars in the meal to get those SUGAR GAINZ. You would have seen this is a very popular meal bodybuilders have normally for breakfast, but I have found it's best to have before working out.

Nutrition Facts

3 whole eggs - 222cal, 20g protein, 1g carbs.
Extra virgin olive oil - 100cal.
100g oats - 374cal, 11g protein, 60g carbs.
400ml milk - 200cal, 15g protein, 20g carbs.
1 banana - 100cal, 1.4g protein, 30g carbs.
Honey - 64cal, 0g protein, 17g carbs.

Total: 1060cal, 32g protein, 128g carbs.
