This is a awesome cheap meal for bulking. It's got the calories, the carbs and of course the protein, everything you need to get some gainz. Eating this meal twice a day along with a couple other meals your sure to bulk up in no time. I will be uploading another cheap bulk meal I have next week so keep an eye out!!

Nutrition Facts...

Chicken - 206cal, 46g protein, carbs 1g.
Pasta - 636cal, 21g protein, 130g carbs.
Pesto - 296cal, 4g protein, 8g carbs.
Cheese - 207cal, 12g protein, 1g carbs.
Total 1300cal, 83g protein, 140g carbs.

You can get all this for around £25 which you can make 2 meals a day for 1 week. Remember these are my 2 main meals in the day. The only other meals I'd have is a shake, oatmeal, and eggs. So all in your looking £40 a week which is not bad at all for what your getting.
