hey bud, theres plenty of posts with this question so i'll take my response i'd sent to someone else;

best tips, if you have already set up to be a CEO then do the vip work. Sightseer, executive search, haulage and headhunter are easiest.
If you're starting from 0 then using afk jobs is simple money. Search on youtube for how to run them, a good one is this;
