So I've been looking into semen retention for the past 6 months and I've heard allot of great things happening because of it like spiritual awakenings , better mood , more happiness and motivation etc. I've also heard done pretty rough side effects I geuss you could call them of semen retention and I think I can deal with those as they come for instance ( blue balls,wet dreams ,moments where you become overly aggressive etc) those I feel I have the mental fortitude to overcome as they arise. With that being said I will be beginning a 1 year long semen retention journey to see what this does for me I'm honestly scared af but I feel it will help me allot shout out to Solluminati & Casey Zander I got the idea from them and a few other youtubers and articles just thought I'd share this with all of you lame nerds maybe you can try it as well ... I doubt it actually I'll put money you won't .. if you read this whole thing your mad weird and need to find something to do with your life.
