What monitor(s) are you using with the system?
Will the system be used for anything other than games?

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor (£188.32 @ CCL Computers)
Motherboard: MSI B450 Gaming Plus MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard (£69.99 @ Ebuyer)
Memory: Patriot Viper Steel 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory (£60.32 @ CCL Computers)
Storage: Crucial P2 500 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive (£53.49 @ Amazon UK)
Video Card: Palit GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER 6 GB StormX Video Card (£259.99 @ CCL Computers)
Case: Phanteks Eclipse P400A ATX Mid Tower Case (£58.93 @ Ebuyer)
Power Supply: SeaSonic S12III 500 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply (£50.90 @ Amazon UK)
Total: £741.94

I would aim to pair something like this with a 1080p144Hz or 1440p60Hz monitor at least. Use Windows 10 for free, can always buy a key later to activate it if you want. Grab whatever cheap kb+mouse combo you want, will do the job for now and it's easy enough to upgrade those later anyway.

GPU stock and pricing is pretty awful right now, unfortunately. GTX 1660 Super should really be £200-220, but that Palit one is at least in stock, at £260

An extra 60 quid will get you an in stock RTX 2060;

which is actually a somewhat reasonable price for it.
