Currently in the middle of a build and cannot choose what graphics card would be best for my system and with the rtx 3070 being practically impossible to get never mind preorder it makes it even harder ,and suggestions would be helpful

Mainly used for 'COD' games and small internet browsing

Cpu-AMD Ryzen 5 3600
Motherboard-MSI b450 gaming plus max
Ram-Corsair vengeance 2x8g DDR4
Ssd-wedstern digital blue 500gb ,Samsung 120g
Psu-Corsair RM650W

I've a very similar build, I opted to replace my 2060 with a 1080Ti and haven't looked back. It's on par with the 2070 super, has more VRAM but lacks the new NVENc encoder, RTX, Nvidia Broadcast features and DLSS v1 - Worth looking into these options if they're something you feel you need then a 2070 or 2070s can be had for pretty cheap nowadays. I'm in love with my 1080Ti, absolute unit of a card despite its age.

choose 2070s or 2080 if you get it cheap

You should use PartAlert on Twitter to try and get a 3070, I managed to get one from Amazon which is hopefully coming at the start of next year
