The premade accounts are perfectly fine :
Boosted, duped, and modded CoD account sales are allowed in this section. Other account sales belong in the Digital Marketplace section. Sellers must prove ownership with a picture of the account with their TTG username.

But you cant offer recovery services until you're a paid sticky

1. Yes you can sell pre-made accounts but you can not do recoveries if you don't have a sticky.

2. PayPal cannot be listed as accepted payment method.

3. You cannot post off-site info like discord if you're not a trusted seller.
