It hard to appraise it with just this info
What does it have for unlocks money balance etc and most importantly what platform is it on? |

As D3skstool said, more info please. If its PC it is most likely modded (Prove me wrong if not). Easily doable and therefor not worth a whole lot.
If its console, like XBOX ONE or PS4 (Not previous gen) then as he said, a few hundred ish as theyre a LOT more difficult to get such things on |
