I really want to go to the coast and have a fun vacation with my significant other. I am hoping we can soon since COVID-19 is starting to slowly clear in our state.

See that's where its vastly different state to state... I'm not sure where you are located but Saturday was my birthday and thankfully our bars and everything opened back up so I went out for breakfast and lunches everyday lol! Good luck mate! Hopefully stuff opens up soon for you too.
