Today I decided to dig out my old xbox360 download a couple of demo trials used
XBLA-Unlocker to turn them into full versions tried to play them but my xbox360 deleted them tried burning them to a disc again delete them. I did update my system to the new dashboard which I guess that's why they don't play. trying to find out how to fix it I don't have Xbox live any help would be greatful

I have had the same issue, the best thing to do is download them from other places. I can't link you to them it's against the rules, just do a quick google search you will find them.
