I'm looking to build a PC within the budget of $700. (800 including mouse & keyboard)

I'd mostly play games like Cod, GTA, Seige, etc.

I have nothing, and would need everything and have 0 knowledge on this subject.

Assuming it's USD you're using, and not CAD, AUD, etc.
Do you need a monitor? If not, what monitor(s) will you be using?

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3200G 3.6 GHz Quad-Core Processor ($100.00)
Motherboard: ASRock B450M PRO4 Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard ($83.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: Team T-FORCE VULCAN Z 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory ($35.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Crucial BX500 480 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($59.99 @ Adorama)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER 4 GB WINDFORCE OC Video Card ($159.99 @ B&H)
Case: Phanteks P300 ATX Mid Tower Case ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: SeaSonic S12III 500 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($64.99 @ B&H)
Monitor: MSI Optix G24C4 23.6" 1920x1080 144 Hz Monitor ($179.99 @ Amazon)
Mouse: Logitech G602 Wireless Optical Mouse ($30.99 @ Best Buy)
Total: $775.91

$25 left to grab a cheap keyboard. Easy enough to upgrade keyboard later anyway.

You'll probably want to add an HDD for mass storage, and another 8GB RAM when you have some more cash.

You could cut costs a bit by grabbing a basic 1080p60Hz monitor, but I'd honestly really be aiming for 1080p144Hz minimum from a monitor these days.

Don't buy the R3 3200G, that's just a placeholder. Grab an R3 3100 when they're available(within a few weeks) for $100. Alternatively, you could look around for any R5 1600/2600's <$120 but stock/pricing is real iffy right now.

I'd also really try to spend the extra $50 on a GTX 1660 Super over the 1650 Super if I'm being honest, but if the budget is really strict, a 1650 Super is still going to be alright for 1080p144Hz.
Alternatively, if you're comfortable buying used, you could grab an RX 480/580 for ~$100 and put the money saved towards 16GB RAM or a larger SSD.

I would swap the standard Phanteks P300 for a P300A if you can get one, but again, pricing/stock is iffy right now.
